A New Breakthrough In Time Determination

A Norwegian Professor said that he had developed a device, which is a device that is able to determine the victim’s time of death. He claims that this device can determine the time of death more precisely than it has before. Professor Rognum says that before this device was designed, investigators would use decreasing body temperature and morphological changes in the body. Now, theis new handheld device-the Time Of Death Kit-investigators can increase the accuracy of time of death determination within 36 minutes. Before then, the closest investigators could come to was 90 minutes.
Professor Rognum also said that compared to the 24 hours using temperature sensitive devices, the new method can be used for a period of up to four days. The FBI and Scotland Yard will be testing the TOD (Time Of Death) device, says the Norway Times.

I liked that the topic is clearly presented, it has specific details about the advantages of the new devise, and the summary is concise.
To make this better, this person could have identified the new devise, and the person could have checked their spelling.
I learned from this article that they will be a new way to determine the time of death.

I think that the material is stated well, highlighting important points and details. The topic was very interesting and sufficient background information was provided.
To improve this slightly, a little more detail on the kit itself would have been interesting.
I learned that they can now determine the time of death within 30 hours instead of 90 hours.

I think the material was well summarized, the topic was interesting, and a good amount of information of the benefits of the device was presented.
However, the spelling could've been checked and I would have appreciated more information on how the device works.
I learned that time of death can now be determined far more specifically than it could before the advent of the device.

I think this breakthrough is exciting and it's a good topic choice. I also liked that the author summarized the functions of the new device well. I was able to understand it. Lastly, I think it was nice the author included specific details on the devise.
Maybe, the author could have elaborated a little more on the device and it's role in the future. Also, it would have been nice of the author gave his opinion on the findings.
I never new that a hand-held devise could have so much power and make such a difference.

Very nicely summarized, Martin! It was presented thoroughly and with much interest to the topic. To improve upon this article, it would have been nice to speak of the background of the inventor and to describe in more detail the device itself. I didn't know that there was a new device out, so I found this to be quite interesting. Overall, good job!

I think that the topic was very interesting, the information was well presented and easy to understand, and that how the device will help was made very clear.
To make it better, the device itself could have been explained in more detail and how the author thinks it will affect future forensic research.
I learned that this hand held device could potentially be a new efficient way to determine time of death.
